The Exchange Club of Jacksonville recently held their annual 'One Nation Under God' meeting at The First United Methodist Church in the MacWhorter Center. The Exchange Club holds this patriotic meeting every year to remember and reflect on our freedom and those who fought for it.

The second grade students from Kitty Stone Elementary sang and had students from the school's sixth grade speak. Essay winner, Alexis Paige read her paper "What Veterans Mean to Me." In it, she described her grandfathers who served as heroes and thanked those who gave America freedom. Jacksonville High School student Hannah Nelson played Taps.
