Faith Christian's Sydney Nordan is already familiar with the UAB women's soccer team, and as of this morning, she officially signed to become a Blazer in the fall.

Nordan, a goalkeeper, signed her National Letter of Intent this afternoon with her Faith Christian soccer teammates surrounding her. She has been committed to UAB since the fall.

Nordan made The Anniston Star's All-Calhoun County second team as a junior, even though she played on the boys soccer team at Faith Christian, which does not have a girls squad. She also was chosen for the North-South All-Star Sports Week this past summer, playing for the North girls team.
