Considering the rocky rollout of Obamacare, it's understandable that President Obama's press conference Thursday was national news.

That said, it's interesting to look back in history and see what other presidents said about health-care reform. This 30-minute speech by John F. Kennedy -- whose assassination was 50 years ago this month -- is a great place to start.
