TUSCALOOSA -- Five-star Alabama commitment Bo Scarbrough is transferring to IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida according to reports from 247Sports, Rivals and ESPN.

The 6-foot-2, 225-pound running back is rated among the nation’s top prospects.

Scarbrough transferred to Tuscaloosa County High from Northridge earlier this summer.

He reportedly will enroll at the private athletic training institute for his final year of high school, the first year that IMG Academy will field its own football team. The IMG team will be led by former Florida State star Chris Weinke.

Scarbrough committed to Alabama in September 2012, but continues to take visits. He visited Florida State in June.
