In health care, what we have is the crony capitalism of employer-owned medical insurance along with Medicare and Medicaid.

What we are getting is Obamacare with more of the same, only worse.

What liberals should want is a single-payer system where the government collects the taxes or prints the money and gives everyone health care.

What conservatives should want is a free-market medical system where individuals own catastrophic medical insurance policies and pay for most of their medical care out-of-pocket.

Conservatives seem to have no idea on how to get us there. Here is how. End the income tax. Without tax incentives to job-based medical care, people would soon move to individually owned medical insurance policies.

End the Federal Reserve Bank and no more inflation. Today a dollar is worth about a nickel compared to its worth in 1913 when Congress founded The Fed. Once the dollar is stabilized, people’s savings would be worth more so they would tend to move to high-deductible or catastrophic medical care policies.

There you have it, end the income tax and the Federal Reserve Bank and a free market in health care would spontaneously develop.
