Anniston's Bullock to coach for all-star team; 3 local players on roster

Anniston High School football coach Eddie Bullock will serve as an assistant coach for the North team in the state all-star football game, which will also feature three local players.

The Alabama High School Athletic Directors and Coaches Association this morning announced the North-South football rosters for the Alabama All-Star Sports Week competition, including Bullock as an assistant coach.

Bullock has led Anniston to a 24-14 record coaching Anniston the past three seasons and has won two Class 4A, Region 6 championships.

Along with Bullock on the sideline will be Anniston offensive lineman Trevekio Roberts. Defensive linemen Marquez Gamble of Piedmont and Ulric Jones of Oxford also made the 38-man roster.

All-Star Sports Week is scheduled July 15-19 in Montgomery.
