Sylacauga police arrested a fourth and final suspect charged with robbing an Eastaboga gas station earlier this month.

Oxford police had been searching for Mia Rea Sims, 22, of Sylacauga, since April 3.

Sims and three men, Benjamin Kyle Liveoak, 29, of Weogufka; Michael Taft Palmer, 24, of Sylacauga; and William Wayne Osbourn, 28, of Sylacauga, were all charged with first-degree robbery, a felony.

Oxford police Lt. L.G. Owens said the four suspects robbed the Samco gas station at 9629 U.S. 78 in Eastaboga around 3:30 a.m. on April 3. A crowbar was used in the robbery, Owens said, but no one reported any injuries. The gas station told police nothing was stolen, Owens said.

Oxford police arrested Liveoak at the scene of the crime. Palmer, Sims and Osbourn fled by car. Sylacauga police arrested Osbourn the same day and Baldwin County law enforcement arrested Palmer two days later.

Sims was arrested by the Sylacauga Police Department and brought to Oxford Saturday afternoon.

Sims was in the Oxford City Jail on Monday afternoon, Owens said.

A cash bond is set at $100,000. Sims is scheduled to appear in court on May 2.
