Asthma education for teachers, guardians and parents of elementary and junior high school students, will be provided through Aug. 15 by the Pediatric Care Centers of Northeast Alabama Children’s Environmental Health Clinic. The program is funded by the Centers for Disease Control from a grant signed May 31 by Gov. Bentley to the Alabama Asthma Coalition and the Alabama Department of Public Health.
