Ramsay 75, Etowah 41: Ramsay is back in the Class 5A boys final at the Northeast Regional for the second straight season after a second-half offensive explosion got the Rams past Etowah on Wednesday morning.

Ramsay (21-13) will face Columbia on Friday at 2 p.m. with a spot in the Final Four on the line. The Rams lost to Center Point in last year's final.

On Wednesday, Ramsay took over in the third quarter, expanding a 33-25 lead at halftime to a 23-point difference heading into the fourth. The Rams shot 63.2 percent in the second half, and also saw the lead extend in the final period. Jordan Millsap led the surge, leading the team with 22 points, including 20 in the first half.

Mitchell Baldwin added 18 points for Ramsay and Jonathan Etheridge scored nine. Etowah, which made the Northeast Regional for the first time since 2006, received 15 points from Jordan Powell.
