It's the last day of the 2013 session of the Alabama Legislature, a day that will almost certainly stretch into the night.

Per usual there's a lot to do and little time to do it. A big topic will be what to do with the Alabama Accountability Act, which has pitted Gov. Robert Bentley, who is seeking a two-year moratorium on the school tax credit, and Sen. Del Marsh, R-Anniston, who prefers to move forward as soon as possible.

Then there's this from a news conference this morning: Senate Democrats say they'll use "all the tools available" to slow down Republican plans as the Alabama Legislature begins the last day of its session.

So, our question today is: How would you rate the performance of Alabama Legislature heading into its final day. (Of course, the usual disclaimer that this is an unscientific poll applies.)

How would you rate the performance of Alabama Legislature heading into its final day?
