Former Alabama Gov. Don Siegelman remains in federal prison in Louisiana after being convicted of corruption charges in 2006. Given the nature of his case, it's not unusual for his quest for a presidential pardon to return to national prominence.
Earlier this month, U.S. Rep. Steve Cohen, D-Tenn., strongly questioned Attorney General Eric Holder about Siegelman's case. No real news came from Cohen's questioning, but it's nonetheless interesting to hear Holder discuss it.
