Baptist church observes pastor's fifth anniversary

First Baptist Church on Vann Street observed the fifth anniversary of Rev. and Sister Jeffery Leonard serving the church on May 17.

The Over the Hill Gang and White Plains Alumni Association doubled their $1,000 college scholarships for White Plains High seniors this year from two in the past years to four this year.
