Sheffield-Johns wedding set

Arlon and Susan Sheffield of Jacksonville announce the engagement of their daughter, Lori Jennifer Sheffield, to Phillip L. Johns, son of Jeff and Adreiane Johns of Oxford. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Betty Marbut and the late Harold Marbut of Jacksonville and of Hazel Noe and the late Bill Sheffield of Smithville, Miss. She is a 2007 graduate of Jacksonville State University and is a graphic designer. The prospective groom is the grandson of Virginia and Woodrow Johns and Linda and Wayne Anderson of Oxford, June Starkey and the late Mack Starkey of Cullman and Betty Johnson and the late Buck Johnson of Munford. Staff Sgt. Johns is a graduate of Munford High School and is employed by the United States Air Force in Sumter, S.C. The wedding will be April 24.
