Clay County to hold music and arts festival

The Clay County Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a music and arts festival on Saturday, May 17. The festival will feature area musicians and artists. The Chamber is seeking volunteers to assist in the preparation, planning and operation of the festival, as well as business sponsorships.
